I have no idea about the name of the avatar. I see a spiral, and I see what looks to be a chitinous skeleton around the outside. I recognize the avatar though - I'm quite sure I've seen it before too....

I just love that image!! Our 79 year old neighbour is out chopping his newly delivered wood. May our health be as plentiful as theirs when it is our turn to reach that age.
